How to use the robot
Step 1 out of 3
You know for each nail color you want to apply to your nails you need:
- Coating at the base
- Nail color
- Coating at the top
You start by loading the robot with these coatings and color capsules.
Step 2 out of 3
You place your hand in the robot like that. You will feel something gently pressing your hand down a little. Nimble calls this the Hand Assistant. It keeps your hand from shaking so the robot can do a perfect job. Then press ‘start’ on the robot.
Step 3 out of 3
This robot works in conjunction with a mobile app. The app gives you a peak of what’s happening in the machine while your hand is there. You also use the mobile app to give the robot instructions. It takes about 12 minutes for it to scan, paint, and dry your nails. You’ll feel the Hand Assistant letting go of your hand when it’s done. Then you pull it out. You repeat the same process for the other hand.
Yeah great stuff, but what’s the price
The nail robot does not come cheap. Nimble is selling this baby for $599. Considering the effort put into building this robot and all the frontier technology that makeup all its work processes, I think this is a fair deal. I’m going to get this for my wife🙈, that is if I get married one day.
